Insurance FAQs

Present your health insurance card/TPA card at our reception counter before admission. Our TPA desk will verify your policy and apply for pre-authorization. Once approved, you receive treatment without any upfront payment (subject to policy terms).

Yes, we are empanelled under the Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY). Beneficiaries can avail cashless treatment for eligible surgeries. Please carry your PMJAY health card and Aadhaar card.

For cashless: Original health card, photo ID, and doctor's advice. For reimbursement: Discharge summary, all original bills and receipts, diagnostic reports, prescription copies, and a filled claim form from your insurance company.

Coverage depends on your individual insurance policy. Most laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries are covered. Some policies may have waiting periods or exclusions. Our TPA team will help you understand what is covered under your policy before admission.
